Terms of Service

1.The service

Wajbah AI generates recipes, meal plans, shopping lists and nutrition estimates using artificial intelligence. Features vary by plan, and we may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops.

2.Your account

Give accurate details, keep your password confidential, and understand that you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@wajbahai.com if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

3.Subscriptions, prices and billing

• Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include applicable value added tax unless the checkout page says otherwise.
• Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly or yearly — and give access for exactly that period.
• Payment is taken through Geidea. Accepted methods are mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
• Every plan is priced on our own server; the amount charged is never supplied by your browser.
• If we change a price, the new price applies from your next renewal and never to a period you have already paid for. We will tell you before it takes effect.

4.Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Subscription in your account. Cancelling stops the next charge; paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account then reverts to the free plan. Downgrading does not delete your recipes or data.

5.Refunds

The Refund Policy sets out when a refund is available and how to request one. It forms part of these terms.

6.Recipes, nutrition and food safety

Read this one. Wajbah AI generates recipes and nutrition figures automatically, and automatic output can be wrong. Treat every recipe as a suggestion, not as professional advice. You are responsible for checking that a dish is safe for you and for anyone you cook for — ingredients, allergens and cooking temperatures in particular. Nutrition values are estimates and must not be relied on for medical or clinical purposes. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, or you are pregnant, verify ingredients yourself and consult a qualified professional. Never rely on a generated recipe alone to decide whether a food is safe for you.

7.Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell content generated by the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or payment, or access another user's account.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or infringing images, or images of other people without their consent.
• Do not use the service to build a competing model or dataset.
• Do not overload or probe the service, or interfere with other users.

8.Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and grant us the licence we need to process them and provide the service. Recipes generated for you are yours to cook, adapt and share, including commercially. We retain ownership of the platform itself — the software, models, interface and brand.

9.Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control can interrupt it. Where a paid feature is unavailable for a prolonged period, contact support and we will consider a credit or refund for the affected time.

10.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on generated recipes or nutrition figures. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability is limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently; where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
