Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.Cancelling a subscription

Cancel at any time from Subscription in your account. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges; paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account then moves to the free plan.

2.When you get a full refund

• You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling.
• You were charged an amount other than the price shown at checkout.
• A paid feature was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault.
• You request a refund within 14 days of a first-time subscription and have generated fewer than 10 recipes on the paid plan.

3.When a refund is not available

• Part-used periods after the first 14 days — cancel instead and keep access until the period ends.
• Renewals you forgot to cancel, where the plan was used during the renewed period.
• Accounts we closed for a breach of the Terms of Service.
• Dissatisfaction with the content of AI-generated recipes, which is a matter of taste rather than a fault.

4.How to request one

Email support@wajbahai.com from the address on the account, quoting the payment reference shown on your receipt or on the Subscription page. We answer within 3 business days and, where a refund is approved, submit it to the payment gateway immediately.

5.How long it takes

Approved refunds go back to the original card or wallet — we cannot refund to a different one. Once submitted, the money typically appears within 5 to 14 business days depending on your bank. Refunds are made in Saudi Riyal, the currency you were charged in.

6.Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback, which can take up to 90 days and suspends the account while it is investigated.
